About Exchange, Returns and Refunds
For REFUNDS
If you bought one of our infoproducts, be it a course, a class, an e-book, or the wedding ceremony kit, and if you don't like the product you bought, you can request a refund of your money within 7 calendar days after purchase.
Regardless of the reason for requesting a refund. No questions asked, we'll refund your money. Just send an email to contato@celebranteubatuba.com with the title Refund, from the email you used for the purchase, and we will process the refund on our side within 3 business days. The payment method may take a few more days to process the refund, but we will notify you by email.
And if you can contribute to our development, please send us feedback via email on how we can improve. But we reinforce: the refund request will be accepted without questions within 7 days after the purchase of the infoproduct.
For EXCHANGES & RETURNS
On this site we do not and will not sell physical products. So it makes no sense to talk about exchanges and returns. If we ever sell physical products on this site, the consumer protection code applies, which guarantees the buyer the right to repent and cancel the purchase within 7 days of receiving the product.
